Our email marketing automation program drives repeat purchases by sending branded follow-up emails automatically. It's an easy way to keep your brand top of mind, promote your equipment, and remind customers that financing is available when they're ready to buy. --- **How It Works** If you signed up as an APPROVE vendor partner after **May 1, 2025**, you’re automatically enrolled in the email automation program. If you partnered with us before that date, you’ll need to login to your vendor portal and **manually opt-in** to activate the program and start benefiting from automated follow-up emails. To ensure you're enrolled: 1. [Login to your APPROVE Vendor Portal](https://kwipped.com/approve/login) 2. Open the **APPROVE** menu 3. Click the **Marketing Automation** tab 4. Check the box to opt in to the email automation program Once enrolled, the process runs automatically: - The email sequence **starts six months after your customer is approved** for financing. - Customers receive **one custom-branded email per month** for four consecutive months. - Each message promotes your brand, your products, and your financing options—helping drive repeat purchases with zero effort on your part. --- **What Your Customers Will See** Here’s a preview of the follow-up emails your customers will receive. Each one is branded with your logo and written to highlight your products, promote financing, and bring buyers back when they’re ready to purchase again. These examples show the message themes.
