If your sales team already sends quotes through email, this is the fastest workflow. Just CC send@financemyquote.ai when you send a PDF quote, and we automatically generate a financing application in seconds, then deliver the link directly to your customer. 

How It Works

  1. Send your customer an email with a PDF quote attached.
  2. Add send@financemyquote.ai in the CC field.
  3. Our system reads the quote and creates a custom financing application.
  4. We'll send your customer a follow-up email with the custom financing application embedded next to your quote.
  5. You'll be copied on that email so you know it was delivered successfully.

Vendor Portal Tool

FinanceMyQuote.ai™ is also available directly inside the APPROVE Vendor Portal. This option is perfect for teams that want full visibility, tracking, and control over every quote and application in progress.

How It Works

  1. Login to your APPROVE Vendor Portal account.
  2. Go to "Finance My Quote" in the main menu.
  3. Enter a Description, Total Price, and Quantity of items in your quote.
  4. Upload your PDF quote (optional).
  5. Click Create Application Link.
  6. Send the financing application link to your customer by email, text. message, or QR code directly from the portal.
  7. Track applications in one place, see where buyers are in the process, and keep deals moving forward.
