How It Works
If you signed up as an APPROVE vendor partner after May 1, 2025, you’re automatically enrolled in the email automation program. If you partnered with us before that date, you’ll need to login to your vendor portal and manually opt-in to activate the program and start benefiting from automated follow-up emails.
To ensure you're enrolled:
- Login to your APPROVE Vendor Portal
- Open the APPROVE menu
- Click the Marketing Automation tab
- Check the box to opt in to the email automation program
Once enrolled, the process runs automatically:
- The email sequence starts six months after your customer is approved for financing.
- Customers receive one custom-branded email per month for four consecutive months.
- Each message promotes your brand, your products, and your financing options—helping drive repeat purchases with zero effort on your part.

Final emails will be styled with your branding.

Manage Your Settings
You have full control over your participation in the email marketing automation program. If you'd like to opt-out, you can do so at any time. Simply log in to your APPROVE portal and update your preferences under the Marketing Automation tab (follow the step-by-step instructions above).
