Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the approvepayments.com Referral Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms. For questions or inquiries regarding the Program, please contact sales@approvepayments.com
Eligibility
To qualify as a Referrer, you must:
- Be a legal resident of the United States.
- Be of legal age in your state of residence.
- Not be an employee, contractor, or associate of approvepayments.com (“APPROVE”).
Qualified Referrals
A "Qualified Referral" is defined as:
- A vendor that is not a current customer of APPROVE.
- A vendor that APPROVE is not actively engaged in a sales process with at the time of referral.
- A vendor that successfully funds a deal through APPROVE within 90 days of being referred.
Referral Submission Process
- Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form or via an authorized method as designated by APPROVE.
- The Referrer must provide complete and accurate information about the referred vendor.
- APPROVE reserves the right to reject any referral if the information is incomplete, inaccurate, or if the vendor does not meet the criteria outlined in these Terms.
Referral Reward
- If a Qualified Referral funds a deal within 90 days of being referred, the Referrer will receive a $300 reward.
- Rewards are limited to one reward per qualified referral.
- Payments will be made via a method determined by APPROVE within 30 days after the deal is funded.
- The Referrer is responsible for any taxes associated with the reward.
Limitations and Restrictions
- There is no cap on the number of referrals a Referrer can make.
- APPROVE reserves the right to verify referrals and deny rewards if fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms are suspected.
- Self-referrals are not allowed.
- If multiple Referrers submit the same vendor, the first eligible submission based on APPROVE’s records will receive the reward.
Modification or Termination
- APPROVE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
- Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on APPROVE’s website.
- Rewards for referrals submitted before the termination date will still be honored, provided they meet all Program requirements.
General Conditions
- APPROVE’s decisions regarding Program eligibility and rewards are final.
- By participating in the Program, you acknowledge and agree to the APPROVE Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- The Program is void where prohibited by law.
